Returns and refund policy
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since delivery, then we cannot offer you a return or refund.
We will only accept a return if your item is unused, in the same condition that you received it in and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase with your order number.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You will be responsible for paying for the postage to return your item. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your item.
Once your return is received, it will be inspected and you will receive an email to confirm we have received it and if we will accept it. If you are approved we will process your refund and payment will be returned to your original payment method within 7-10 working days. If your item isn't accepted you will be required to pay for postage for it to be sent back to you.
In the event something is lost in transit, please wait 7-14 days after the estimated delivery date and then get in contact with us and we will either give you a refund or a replacement depending on your preference.
If you receive a faulty item or it breaks within 30 days of receiving the item, please email us and include clear photos and we will send you a replacement or refund you.
Privacy policy
The privacy of our customers is very important to us. We will never share your information with any third party companies. If you sign up to our newsletter we will only use your information to contact you about legitimate information of interest. You can opt out at any time.

Tzoodles is not viable for any injury, loss or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of our products.
You are not permitted to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion our service. The designs of our products belong to Gemma Austin and she alone has control of them.
